Description

• Participate in cross-functional teams to capture customer marketing requirements and create marketing plans to meet objectives
• Partner with the Kronos Global Support, Educational Services, Professional Services, and Customer Success organizations to collaboratively develop marketing strategies that translate into measurable objectives
• Work with product and industry marketing to ensure that customer marketing messaging is integrated as needed
• Collect, analyze and share market knowledge across customer segments, including pain points, purchase motivators, use case scenarios, and customer problems
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders (sales teams, global and local marketing, community, and technical experts) to oversee customer facing materials including newsletters, customer case studies, release notes, advisory alerts, presentations, etc. Identify content development opportunities to align with ongoing communication touchpoints, by customer segment and lifecycle stage
• Work closely with demand generation team to leverage content assets to drive engagement through various marketing channels
• Manage customer marketing participation in conferences and customer advisory board

Qualifications

• BA/BS in marketing or related field required
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to translate strategic goals into tactical deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of an organization
• Ability to multi-task and set and manage expectations
• Experience in using social media platforms
• Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS products
• Experience with Microsoft Suite of products, including PowerPoint
