The Customer Engagement Workforce Ready TLM Consultant will be part of a team dedicated to conceiving of, testing and perfecting new services offerings for our customers. In this role you will specifically focus on helping our customers get the most out of our TLM-related modules. Your job will be to talk with our customers who are live with their TLM module, understand their needs as it relates to optimizing their use of the system, and propose service offerings to meet these needs.


Responsibilities include:

• Speak with customers to uncover areas for improvement within our TLM-related modules
• Identify common patterns across customers, and develop a proposed services solution
• Track the results of your proposed solution, and adjust as needed
• Assist in making a business case for your proposed solution (cost/benefit)
• When speaking with customers, demonstrate proven business acumen by asking questions related to customers’ business processes to uncover their business objectives and expected outcomes
• Understand a given customer’s configuration
• Demonstrate “thought leadership” with respect to TLM best practices for customers of various sizes and verticals, and use this knowledge to proactively advise customers on the changes and updates they should make to their system
• Keep on top of product updates, and understand how they benefit customers
• Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments
• Perform business rule analysis and configure software applications
• Understand and configure software interfacing products

Qualifications

To do this you must possess:

• 2+ years experience with Workforce Ready TLM required
• Demonstrated consultative and/or Project Management experience
• Demonstrated success with customer service and compassion for customers
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties
• Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail needed
• Excellent written, oral communication, listening and telephone skills
• Strong computer skills with a proficiency with Web and Microsoft Office Suite
