Responsibilities
This role will provide support to the Site with operational activities in events & moves in the Kronos Head Quarter Office.
This role requires an enthusiastic, proactive individual, an outstanding communicator with the ability to deliver incredible: customer service, organization, collaboration and leadership.

Events Program:
• Oversee the full life cycle of events from inception, client collaboration and scheduling to implementation for experiences ranging from meetings to elaborate productions
• Manage an events program and calendar for as many as 40 events per week in meeting and event spaces and maintain the Events Playbook - innovate and update regularly
• Coordinate activities of onsite meeting and events as well as assist with event set ups
• Collaborate with other providers, acting as a single team with peripheral services to include production, catering, security, facilities, janitorial, movers and equipment providers as needed.
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, as evidenced by post-event surveys and general client feedback

Move Program:
• Meet with admins and team managers to discuss/guide them through logistics and the details of their moves
• Update move matrix, fill in customer information and technical requirements
• Assess cubicle condition, order missing parts, ergo changes
• Receive and compile move lists for potential issues
• Deliver boxes, move labels, post pin ups, & deliver move instructions
• Partner with IT team to schedule disconnects and reconnects of computers and submit service tickets to have space cleaned, keys and chairs at desk

Other Corporate Services Tasks:
• Help back up reception as needed
• Support Corporate Services SharePoint Site
• General support for Corporate Services Team

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required, with at least 2 years experience in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Be able to list 20-30lbs and move event furniture
