The Contract Renewal Specialist is responsible for processing amendments for a customer in C360 / Salesforce software, updating Revenue and Billing Excel Files, and issuing the necessary credit and invoice requests pertaining to the amendment. Contract Renewal Specialist will also be responsible for validating the information in C360 against Revenue files (Data Reconciliation) and assist in month-end close support by running reports.
This position requires an understanding of data management and excel proficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Enter all amendments’ data into Contract 360 ensuring that all financial information from the agreement is clearly specified on the application.
• Process the amendment based on the daily triage and identify only the accounts with Renewals, Increase Rate Change and PEPM changes. (initially will be responsible for amendments with Renewals, but the goal would be to process other amendments when needed to support the team).
• Process all amendments related to clocks.
• Maintain Customer Account records in various systems related to contract amendments.
• Process credit requests and invoice adjustments for any amendments.
• Processing month end reports to support revenue close process.
• Perform monthly data reconciliation.
• Perform daily triage of amendment backlog
• Maintain operational metrics and KPIs
• Support continuous documentation of processes
• Support various special projects as required.
• Support PDPM revenue close process.

• Basic Accounting knowledge Preferred
• Experience reading customer contracts Preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel skills)


Education, Work Experience

• 4-year degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred
• 1+ year applicable experience is preferred
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Business Acumen
• Experience in Finance / Operations teams is preferred.
