As a Corporate Contracts Administrator, this position is responsible ensuring the accuracy and compliance of ‘Non system generated’ Support contracts ensuring standard policies & procedures (pricing, products, terms, approvals, etc…..) were followed during the creation of the customers contract. Ensuring all contracts, invoicing, credits and RMA’s are accurate, within company policy and processed as quickly as possible meeting monthly forecast, revenue recognition and invoicing schedule. In this role, you will ensure that there is consistent, accurate and timely communication of information relating to customer contracts, invoicing and install base.

The Corporate Contracts Administrator will support the Renewal Operations CA’s, Sales Support CA’s, customers and various departments within the organization through the execution of necessary duties that include but are not limited to completing reinstatements, credit & re-bills, contract reviews, updating the customer install base, managing pending cancellation process, assisting with the maintaining the data integrity of the customer install base and Maintenance Contracts for all Kronos customers, etc…
Principal Responsibilities:

• Process all submitted transaction requests accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all ‘Non system generated’ Contracts created by Core Renewal Specialists or Sales Support CA’s are complete, accurate are within Kronos Maintenance Service Policy & Procedures and SOX guidelines. - Contract Transactions include: Service Only, Reinstatements and Re-bills and Budgets.
• Process all contract termination/credit requests in a timely manner.
o This includes the termination of customer contracts as a result of non-payment.
o Customer credits/terms resulting from flips/migrations to the Cloud
o WFR RMA’s
o WFR Usage Credits
• Work with the Renewal Reps to address those larger customers who are up for termination due to non-payment.
• Process all contract reinstatements as identified by the daily report distributed by the cash group accurately and timely.
• Work closely with customers & Renewal Reps to resolve short pays remaining on account.
• Handle all incoming and out going field questions/issues from Operations CA, Renewal Reps,Sales Support CA’s, Credit and Order Mgmnt . Resolve issues/questions in a timely manner, involving upper management as needed in final resolution.
• Manage the monthly SaaS variable billings
• Work with Invoicing team to ensure Interface errors are cleared in a timely manner
• Participate in various projects as assigned
• Support the implementation of upgrades and testing to the various financial systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Three years business/customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle/Salesforce a plus
• Computer software skills preferred: Oracle and Microsoft Office
• Effective oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Very detail oriented
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in a variety of situations
Education:
• Accounting/Business degree or equivalent experience.
