This role is responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the customer install base (Hardware only) and Maintenance contracts for Kronos customers. Ensuring all depot transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Principle Responsibilities:

•Handle all incoming/out going field inquiries/issues from Customers, KGS, Field Ops and Contract Administrator as it relates to customer Depot contracts and install base.
•Manage Defective HDWR returns with On-Process, this includes but is not limited to:
1.Update the weekly On-Process report
2.Following up with customers on status of return
3.Processing return receipts
4.Closing orders (when applicable)
5.Expiring parts (when applicable)
6.Work with 3rd party to address receipts not received in through system
•Oversee the Service Logistics and Terminal Trade in queues
•Assist Operations Analyst in Community ensuring Depot orders are worked in a timely manner to ensure adherence to contractual arrangements.
•Provide customers with all required Shipping/RMA information for pending exchanges
•Release B2B's Jabil (HDWR Vendor) sends daily for the repaired products and update the part numbers when necessary
•Assisting with the management of the Grief report on a daily basis. Includes but is not limited to the following:
Report run and distributed to appropriate parties as scheduled
Grief shelf issues resolved within a 3day window.
Corrective orders are completed accurately and timely
•Principal go to person for the Contract Administration Support the implementation of upgrades and testing to the Oracle Depot Module


•Three years business/customer service experience within a hi-tech environment.
•Working knowledge of maintenance contracts a plus and/or Experience working with service organizations.
•Computer software skills preferred: Oracle and Excel (Required)
•Effective oral and written communication skills are essential.
•Outstanding interpersonal skills
•Very detail oriented
•Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
•Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in a variety of situations

•Associates/Business degree or equivalent experience.
