Kronos seeks an experienced Research Analyst to support its competitive intelligence function. The primary objectives of this role are competitive research, content development, and sales enablement. Activities will be focused in the following areas:
- Perform focused research of HCM marketplace, including analysis of vendor capabilities, offerings, points of differentiation, and competitive advantage
- Develop actionable reports, content, and tools that support the needs of internal stakeholders
- Provide direct support to sales organization in various settings

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum three years related experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or comparable marketing/sales-support; HCM market experience strongly preferred.
- Ideal candidate will possess balance of analytical, content development, communication and presentation skills and experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, managing several projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and work collaboratively as well as independently as needed
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
