We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant/Manager to join our global Compensation Team. This position will provide compensation consultation to the EMEA region, will lead key compensation initiatives and contribute to the development, implementation and execution of UKG’s global compensation programs.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong business and compensation skills, the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals, and strong project/program management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner and consult with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and management for the EMEA region on compensation matters and develop and recommend compensation programs, policies and practices supporting the UKG Compensation Strategy to achieve desired business results
• Build positive relationships across the organization and demonstrate ability to influence clients of all levels on compensation matters
• Identify and generate competitive solutions to complex compensation issues, while counselling and educating the HR team as well as the management team on compensation philosophy and best practices
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and market studies to evaluate the competitiveness of base, variable, and long-term incentive programs. Evaluate results, recommend program changes, model cost impact, and present final recommendations to Human Resources and Business Leaders
• As a core team member, participate in the design and implementation of a global job architecture, and global levelling and pay structure
• Key contributor to the design and execution of UKG’s annual global base salary and bonus programs
• Contributes to the further development and implementation of compensation tools and techniques that helps the rest of the HR team make appropriate pay decisions.
• Remain up to date on legal regulations surrounding compensation issues. Provide advice and recommendations as needed to ensure compliance
• Develop and deliver training for both Human Resources and management on a variety of total rewards programs


• Deep expertise within the compensation field, with experience across the EMEA region
• Software/High Technology industry experience preferred
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) highly desirable
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Thorough knowledge and application of compensation/total rewards practices, principles and theories
• Experience with sales compensation and /or equity compensation a plus
• Ability to influence the decision-making process and outcome through detailed analysis/models, innovative recommendations, and demonstration of compensation expertise
• Organized, detail oriented, results-driven, flexible, innovative and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects and programs end to end
