Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to join our Global Total Rewards team. This position will provide compensation support to designated client groups in the Asia Pacific region including in addition to supporting global compensation programs.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the compensation practices, trends, programs, and regulations in the APAC region. He or she also has a general understanding about the differences in pay and benefit programs in the APAC region vs. the US and Europe.

• Partner and consult with Corporate Compensation, HR Business Partners, Talent
Acquisition and management for client groups in the APAC region. Understand
the business and compensation needs to make recommendations that support
the Kronos Total Rewards Strategy in order to achieve desired business results.
• Work with Corporate Compensation team to standardize compensation processes
and ensure consistency within global and local programs, policies, and practices.
• Perform a key role in the execution and administration of local salary and
incentive programs including but not limited to annual focal review, annual salary
range analysis, local salary survey participation, and delivery of compensation
training to both the HR and management teams.
• Perform job evaluations for new, existing, or re-defined jobs to determine internal
equity, grade assignments, and eligibility for variable pay plans. May conduct
bench marking reviews for groups due to organization or business process
changes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• 8 years of compensation/HR related experience
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) ; GRP desirable
• Ability to communicate clearly, build positive relationships and work closely with a
US based team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and
be results driven and disciplined. Must be able to problem solve independently
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, MS Access, etc.) ; Advance
Excel skills
• International compensation experience with a multinational company is required
• Software/High Technology industry experience is strongly preferred
