We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team as a key contributor in our Noida, India location supporting the administration of Kronos’ global compensation programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides administrative and analytical support for our annual global base and bonus compensation programs.
• Conducts global benchmarking job evaluation and market pricing analyses for new and changing roles utilizing our survey benchmark system and recommends appropriate salary grade.
• Oversees the annual global benchmarking salary survey participation and reporting process. Gathers data per the survey requirements and ensures accurate and timely submission. Actively seeks out and participates in various trends surveys throughout the year, and reports on results to the compensation team.
• Conducts detailed analyses to ensure compensation programs are competitive with the market while maintaining internal equity and supporting our pay for performance philosophy.
• Conducts monthly and quarterly compensation reporting utilizing multiple systems to consolidate data and prepare reports and/or presentations.
• Conduct data audits and supports data integrity processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity in compensation systems.
• Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Bachelors degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of years of previous compensation/HR related experience.
• Experience in a multi-national company preferred.
• Compensation specific training desirable
• Organized, detail oriented, analytical, innovative and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to consolidate and analyze data utilizing excel (vlookup functions, pivot tables, graphing).
• Effective collaboration, communication, and writing skills.
• Results driven, disciplined, and demonstrates a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
