We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our growing Global Total Rewards team as a key contributor supporting the development, implementation, and administration of Kronos’ global compensation programs.
• Analyze and market price new and changing roles within the organization in order to recommend appropriate salary grade and variable compensation to the HR Team and managers.
• Administer various annual base pay, incentive, and equity compensation programs.
• Provide analytical support for global compensation projects and initiatives.
• Conduct analyses for external competiveness and internal equity. Be able to identify trends, draw conclusions, and communicate findings to the compensation and HR team.
• Oversee the compensation benchmarking survey participation and reporting process. Partners with external vendors to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met. Actively seeks out and participate in various trends surveys throughout the year, and reports on results to the compensation team.
• Be a compensation survey management system expert by partnering with the HRIS team to ensure data integrity, utilizing the system to enhance analytics and reporting, and ensuring process efficiencies by helping us maximize system capabilities.
• Keep up to date with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance.


- Bachelors degree in business or equivalent preferred.
- 2-3 years of previous compensation/HR related experience.
- Experience in market pricing / job evaluations
- Incentive plan or equity plan administration experience desirable.
- Progress toward CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) desirable
- Organized, detail oriented, flexible, innovative and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to consolidate and analyze data utilizing excel (vlookup functions, pivot tables, graphing).
- Effective collaboration, communication, and writing skills.
