The Commercial Contracts Team provides financial and business expertise in the evaluation, development, and negotiation of Kronos commercial transactions, contracts, request for proposals, and contract renewals. The team works in conjunction with internal departments (business, finance, legal, service, and sales) to ensure compliance with current policies and procedures. The core mission of the commercial contracts specialist is to partner with the Sales and Services organizations to drive efficiency and consistency throughout our Customer Contract process and negotiations which includes understanding the business and offering advice on how to maximize the opportunity within the business. This person is responsible for understanding all aspects of the commercial negotiations including the impact on operations, revenue and reporting.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Work with field personnel and internal departments to evaluate and negotiate the commercial aspects of new Kronos commercial contracts
• Create contract solutions that minimize risk and provide value to Kronos and our customers
• Work with Senior management on programs designed to maximize the Sales opportunities
• Responsible for providing timely communication to the field sales organization regarding the pending opportunities
• Must be able to work in a supportive team environment
• May assist our contract support organization in their maintenance support renewal process by lending insight and negotiation skills to ensure better efficiency and consistency among our customer contracts


• 5-7+ years of general commercial contract negotiation experience
• Experience in contract structure, legal terms and conditions, financial analysis and negotiation
• Experience negotiating SaaS contracts is strongly preferred.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to include ability to communicate clearly with employees at various levels within the organization, as well as customers.
• Candidate must have experience negotiating with Senior Level executives
• Individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that is deadline driven, detail oriented, while having the ability to juggle a wide
variety of responsibilities and other assorted projects as required
• This position requires strong interpersonal skills, an energetic, proactive flexible individual who can work independently and as a team player
