Team Description

The Workforce Ready User Experience Design Team consists of talented rock star interaction designers, visual designers and researchers who collaborate closely with each other and with product managers, software developers, program managers and customers to bring the next generation cloud product to life. We are a UCD shop that values customer success and delight and we make every effort to make this UX magic happen while having fun.

Your Role

In this internship, you will be responsible for the following:
• Define UX patterns and visual design to serve as the basis for a consistent, predictable and seamless Workforce Ready product experience.
• Develop user interfaces from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel-perfect interactive mock-ups across mobile and web
• Coordinating with senior UX team members to ensure design and workflow consistencies
• Help run customer advisory sessions and user studies and create findings reports
• Work on addressing accessibility requirements in the product by collaborating with differently abled users
• Streamline the design deliverables page and the patterns library for easy access and consumption across a variety of internal users

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in UX design, user research, visual arts, graphic design, cognitive psychology, computer science or similar field. Portfolio necessary.
• Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, polished interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation and maturity.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Sketch, UXPin, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Work onsite in our Lowell office
