Kronos is seeking a User Experience Intern. In this role, you will work on designing the next generation products of Kronos.

Responsibilities:
• Translate strategy, business requirements and usability best practices into high-quality, designs that support and reinforce Kronos’s product vision, brand, and business objectives
• Create low and high fidelity wireframes and mockups for all devices
• Test concepts, perform task and user analysis, and assist with user acceptance testing
• Develop prototypes that succinctly illustrate the user experience

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in industrial engineering with a focus in software, computer or software engineering with a focus in design, human computer interaction, human factors or software ergonomics
• Must be enrolled in a formal co-op program through university
• Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a working knowledge of user-centric design methodologies
• Must have completed 3 years of studying by the time the internship begins
• Must be comfortable using the Adobe Suite, Sketch and Axure
• Ability to work and solve problems independently
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Highly motivated and organized
