Kronos is seeking a Software QA Engineering Intern. In this role, you will work on the investigation and development of prototypes of product features and technology.

Responsibilities:
• Works in partnership to perform all testing activities defined by the Kronos Scrum and Agile software development process.
• Participates in the definition of testing strategies.
• Works with product managers and other testers to define story tests and test cases.
• Creates test data and test functions for the various test cases.
• Tests the product using a combination of automated & manual testing.
• Writes precise and concise bug descriptions that add value for the developers.
• Works closely with developers to reproduce and resolve bugs.
• Maintains and improves the testing lab and testing infrastructure (including tools, scripts, etc.).
• Stays in touch with the software testing community and brings best industry practices into the team.

Qualifications

• Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be enrolled in bachelors degree program in software engineering, computer science or other related field
• Must be enrolled in co-op program through accredited university
• Must be fluent in both English and French
• Must have a working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and Web development environments, tools and technology
• Ability to work and solve problems independently.
• Basic experience writing applications is required.
