Sales Effectiveness/Enablement Intern
Our Sales Effectiveness team is looking for a university students for a year -round project coordinator internship. The primary role of the coordinator is to manage projects and provide support of worldwide enablement and training events.

Support function spans multiple activities. The person selected will be responsible for:

• Supporting worldwide enablement program managers with execution of training programs / initiatives
• Providing support for face-to-face or Virtual Enablement events
• Enroll sales teams into defined training curriculum
• Analyzing and reviewing relevancy of content posted to our intranet site – Sharepoint, LMS System, Chatter
• Working on own initiative to review processes and procedures to look for innovative ways of increasing efficiency and productivity

Outcomes that are seen as goals for this role to impact are:
• Improved ability to plan and execute enablement events and programs

Qualifications

Required Skills
• Must be in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Event Planning or other related field.
• Must have the ability to commute to the Lowell, MA office several days a week, maintaining a schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
• Able to use multiple products in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy and be capable of working both alone and as part of a broader team
• A highly collaborative, positive, can-do attitude
• Strong listening and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Content creation skills of all kinds a plus but not required (e.g. photoshop, video production, etc)
