The Kronos Retail and Hospitality team is looking for an all-star intern to join its Marketing group for Summer 2018. As an intern with the Retail and Hospitality marketing team, you'll have the chance to learn from and add value to a best-in-class marketing organization, gain exposure to industry leading best practices, and support the team in driving growth in multiple segments of the market including: Grocery, Convenience Stores, Food Service, & Casino Resorts.

Primary responsibilities include:
•Assisting in the development of messaging and content for the retail and hospitality markets
•Helping to create impactful sales tools to enable the sales teams to be successful
•Contributing to the development of event strategy and account-based marketing programs
Your experience as a Kronos marketing intern will allow you to:
•Be paired with a mentor who provides guidance and support
•Participate in professional social networking events and meetings with Kronos executives and other company leaders
•Collaborate cross-functionally on small-group projects and give a formal presentation to peers and leaders
And of course, no internship is complete without a little fun. You'll have the opportunity to expand your network and represent Kronos in the Battle of the Interns, a friendly competition against other interns from Boston-area tech companies.

Qualifications

•Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing
•Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
•Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator skills
•Strong communication skills
•Flexible
•Creative
•Outgoing
•Excellent time management skills
•Comfortable with social media tools and salesforce.com
