In this internship, you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain Depot shipping Database
• Maintain/Update maintenance Database
• Generate RMA Depot reports
• Analyze/Organize the wish order reporting in Salesforce

Strategic Sourcing
• PO processing via Oracle
• RFP support for various categories
• Support data collection and analysis on Temporary Labor spend
• Support Insurance renewal process
• Support special projects as needed

• Global profile audit
• Hotel rate audit
• Car rental audit
• Support special projects as needed

GiveInspired (Corporate Giving Program)
• Support administration of matching gift process
• Research and analysis on best practices
• Support and coordinate volunteer program
• Create presentations for monthly meeting
• Support special projects as needed


• Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Working toward a 4-year degree in Business, Finance and or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle and salesforce is a plus
• Must be organized and able to work autonomously with little or no supervision
• Must be comfortable with or have the ability to learn various technology tools
• Interest in learning about multiple disciplines in the business fieldP
