Kronos is looking for talented students eager to help investigate and address complex issues relating to new and existing business challenges. Our internship program is committed to providing meaningful work, in conjunction with ongoing support and guidance, to ensure you have a valuable experience. Whether you’re videoconferencing Kronites thousands of miles away, participating in a lunch and learn with our executives, or joining fellow interns for an ice-cream social, you’ll soon learn that we take work and fun seriously. In this internship, you will contribute to the overall engagement and user adoption of our customer base by working with and learning from a talented and dedicated team of software education professionals. You will get hands-on experience developing and producing engaging customer courseware and performing other key tasks critical to the functioning of a corporate software education department. You will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with the production of self-paced deliverables such as simulations and tutorials
• Editing/proofing/QA testing materials before release
• Testing courseware exercises
• Readying finalized courses for distribution
• Upgrading courseware to meet new template standards
• Designing and developing engaging customer content

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field such as Communications, Marketing, Education or Instructional Design
• Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to think creatively while still paying close attention to critical details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word and PowerPoint
• Able to juggle multiple changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
