In this internship, you will be responsible for the following:

- Sourcing potential new customer advocates from various channels (e.g., sales executives, customer surveys, peer reviews, social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), Kronos Community)
- Gathering and organizing customer advocate data to help clean up the customer reference system (conduct research to collect missing data; enter data into reference system)
- Assist in building out advocate profiles (e.g., recording advocacy activity and participation in member events, determining and recording persona and archetype)
- Maintain the Kronos Community support initiative using a streamlined response process with a customer-centric mentality
- Help create/maintain impactful resources for Kronos Community users to navigate resources available to them including datasheets, guides, blog articles, newsletter articles, etc.
- Uncover and promote Kronos programs, blog articles, and industry news on Kronos Community

Qualifications

- Previous internship experience, especially in marketing, strongly preferred
- In pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or other related field
- Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to adapt and learn new tools
- Interest in technology marketing
- Working knowledge of online communities like Salesforce, Jive, Lithium, Higher Logic a plus
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Community Cloud) a plus
