Whether you’re videoconferencing Kronites thousands of miles away, participating in a lunch and learn with our executives, or joining fellow interns for an ice-cream social, you’ll soon learn that we take work and fun seriously. In this internship, you will be responsible for the following:
•Scheduled reporting for Workforce Ready's implementation partner practice
•Processing of critical subcontractor activities including but not limited to new hire requests, invoice approvals, invoice estimates and purchase order updates
•Maintaining and updating database information for ad-hoc reporting purposes
•Making business recommendations to internal Kronites based on advanced understanding of key performance indicators within the partner practice

Qualifications

*This internship is intended for Spring 2018.

•Pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, operations, marketing, MIS or other business related field
•Seeking students in their junior year of an undergraduate degree with the ability to work 20 hours a week during the semester at our Lowell, MA office
•Must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
•Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong excel skills
•Interest in reporting and tracking data
•Analytical Mindset
