• Gather technical requirements, assess client capabilities and analyze findings to provide appropriate cloud solution recommendations and adoption strategy
• Work collaboratively with all levels of business stakeholders and engineers to define and develop a highly scalable Cloud Tools/Supportability solutions (Application, Infrastructure, Support and Security)
• Configure Logging and Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Google Stackdriver, Splunk or similar technology
• Research, analyze, recommend and select technical approaches for solving difficult and challenging development and integration problems
• Develop dashboards in respective tools to provide consumers with actionable information
• Implement access controls in logging and monitoring tools
• Develop proper thresholds and alerting policies to provide accurate alerts to stakeholders
• Provide recommendations on architectural changes in order to improve efficiency, reliability and performance and to reduce cost
• Work with Automation teams to deploy monitoring and logging solutions
• Direct experience with a Cloud provider, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services (AWS)


• B.S. in Computer Science, related fields or commensurate work experience
• 3+ years project experience deploying cloud solutions (Google Cloud and AWS)
• 3+ years implementing Monitoring Tools & Logging (Application and Infrastructure Tools)
• Experience with Linux based operating systems
• Deep Product knowledge and understanding of industry standard logging and monitoring tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Hands on experience with bash shell, python and perl scripting
• Experience in designing and supporting infrastructure services
