Be a part of an innovative SaaS organization providing HCM/Labor Management software solutions to a global set of customers that is rapidly growing. The candidate will be responsible for leading programs related to the development, deployment, management and on-going optimizations of public and or Private cloud-based software solution. Candidate will work closely with varying teams and roles in a highly collaborative environment ranging from Developers to Architects to Executive Leadership to drive delivery of projects. This is a unique and demanding role that will provide the candidate with a wealth of experience and learning along with being a part of a great company.
Responsibilities
• Lead, Identify, develop and implement tools and metrices for projects and programs
• Organize activities and track projects ensuring the program is versatile and capable to withstand changes in priorities
• Develop high-level technical requirements, objectives and schedules to manage project delivery properly measure risk and gaps. Effectively communicate strategy issues and risk throughout the organization.
• Partner closely with counterparts in Engineering, QA, Product management and Architecture
• Meet with stakeholders to ensure all requirements from a business perspective are aligned with program goals
• Make strategic and tactical recommendations regarding program delivery to executive leadership
• Drive Global PMO best practices and improvements
• Drive on-going retrospective to foster continuous improvement

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience. PMP, PgMP, PMI or Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus
• Hands on implementation of Cloud/SaaS projects or projects completed on cloud platforms like Google, AWS or Azure
• Proven record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through implementation
• Broad knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Tools and Automation
• Minimum of 4-8 years of program management experience in Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS and software development or equivalent technologies
• Strong understanding of project and program management best practices
• Strong understanding of software and infrastructure development life cycle, including cross-functional support activities
• Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results
• Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams and offshore partners a plus
