In this role, you will maintain the data integrity of customer billing contracts and install base (product assets and entitlement) for UKG Ready customers as assigned. Providing billing and subscription support to the UKG Ready Cloud and Sales teams, Customer Renewal Reps, Customer Success Managers, Collections, customers, and various departments within the organization through the execution of necessary duties (i.e. invoicing, credit & rebills, contract enrichments and updates, resolving billing errors related to system errors, and responding to email and support case inquiries. Providing consistent, accurate and timely communication and response to all UKG Ready billing inquiries. Ensuring all contracts and invoicing are accurate, and within company policy, to ensure accurate revenue forecasting, timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Monitoring daily reports, ensuring all customer contracts, install base (where applicable) are updated in a timely manner to accurately reflect their hardware and software products, pricing, billing periods, support levels, fees, etc
• Reviewing contracts and queuing invoicing in a timely manner, ensuring that the billing contracts accurately reflects customers current contracted product, pricing, sales credits, billing frequency and payment terms
• Ensuring product entitlement and usage billing are setup correctly to align with Ready system workflows to minimize errors
• Ensuring billing contract change requests are completed and turned around in a timely manner (manual changes such as credit/rebills, billing alignments, payment term changes, billing frequency changes, etc.)
• Ensuring all transactions (billings, credits, purchase orders, etc.) are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner for monthly revenue recognition and having the proper invoicing schedule
• Handling all incoming questions/issues from external and internal customers regarding UKG Ready billing contracts to include fielding emails and opening and responding to global support cases as required
• Resolving issues involving appropriate parties as needed for final resolution, while working closely with other UKG Ready cross-functional support teams
• Support and participate in UKG Ready systems integrations, acquisitions, upgrades and system enhancement projects as required and related to billing


• Accounting/Business degree or equivalent experience
• Three years business/customer service experience within a corporate environment
• Computer software skills preferred: Oracle, Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Effective oral and written communication skills are essential
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in a variety of situations
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to grasp billing concepts and apply learned knowledge effectively and continually
• Ability to adapt to process change and new technologies
