Description

The Cloud Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for facilitating continuous improvement of business processes by deploying a variety of tools, processes and concepts that improve the customer experience, employee satisfaction and engagement across all of Cloud Service Delivery. The CI lead will work cross-functionally to drive day to day process improvements within the business as well as lead critical strategic transformation efforts focused on the departments most urgent needs.  
 
Responsibilities:

Work with cloud leadership to develop a process improvement roadmap for execution and establish continuous improvement priorities 
Identify major issues and actionable opportunities, propose solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact if applicable
Serve as a dedicated resource working directly with leaders and staff to support process improvement
Act as a change agent/coach to instill and sustain changes
Build positive relationships and credibility within the cloud teams as well as cross functionally to drive further collaboration
Implement processes improvement efforts across all existing Kronos cloud business but also focus on efforts to ensure that new business lines are effectively and efficiently on-boarded into cloud service delivery.

Qualifications

• Project/Program management experience
• Change Management/Process Improvement background
• Experience working with and influencing key stakeholders
• Strong communication skills both oral & written
• Understanding of change management challenges related to process improvement
• Builds relationships at all levels of the organization
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce and other business software
• Ability to translate challenges into solutions
