We are actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Global Cloud team in this newly created role. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who will be responsible for driving process improvement and providing enhanced reporting to evaluating the costs and benefits of new technology adoption as well as managing our existing cloud services business across a hybrid cloud model

• Design, build and execute on new processes for capturing operational and
financial data on spend areas to help drive efficiencies and provide incremental
business value added insight to the cloud organization
• Liaison to Finance, Cloud Operations and Cloud delivery teams in
planning and executing roadmap deliverables, “on-demand” features and
operational improvement projects
• Build and maintain a process to manage job requisitions and on board
headcount (direct, contractor) to help facilitate approvals, ensure capture
based on how reporting on the business by product, function and geography,
measure attrition, track against and devise project/budget/forecast
assumptions with goal of identifying areas where action/efficiency may be
required
• Develop tracking and reporting tool for outside service and maintenance spend
at the project level, including working with vendors, that can be then translated
into financial budgets and forecasts and identifying areas where exceeding
prior assumptions and where there is an opportunity to improve
• Partner with the Cloud organization by helping to translate operational
plans into financial budgets and forecasts
• Key contributor to the recurring forecast and annual budget processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, major in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management/operations & analysis at a high-growth company
• SaaS and Public Cloud experience a plus
Very comfortable in in challenging the status quo with demonstrated experience in business process reengineering
• Demonstrated success in working in a team environment to address cross-functional issues and ability to influence without authority
• Experience creating technology and business roadmaps
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze significant amounts of data
• Comfortable executing and getting into the detail but also able to come out of the detail and communicate at an executive level in verbal and written form.
• Self-motivated, proactive individual with ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
