The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement or an outsourced solution. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business

Customer Management:
• Anchor customer relationship
• Work with internal & external organization to enhance customer Kronos experience
• Be a point of escalation for successful implementation

Delivery Management - Successful project execution:
• Ensure implementation is done adopting Kronos standard implementation methodologies
• Ensure timely project execution through frequent project cadence
• Work with customers to measure & meet expected Goal Vs Actual Goal
• Conduct and attend critical meetings (Steering Committees)
• Work with internal/external teams for solution transition with proper documentation

Driving Adoption:
• Manage metric, data driven approach on customer relationships (CSAT) and be responsible for customer reference ability by working together with the sales, marketing, service and support delivery teams.
• Plan and conduct business reviews with Sr. Management and take actions for increasing adoption
• In collaboration with sales team, identify growth opportunities within accounts and support customers to qualify expansion of Kronos solutions adoption

Partner Enablement
• Partner improvement plans – Identifies areas of improvements and addresses through training


Must Have:
o Previous Kronos implementation/solutioning experience
o Hands-on experience in ensuring successful implementation of packaged applications like Kronos, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce is mandatory
o Project management, escalation management, good understanding of project stages and appropriate documentation
o Excellent communication skills. Should be able to handle C – level communication and collaborate with different teams for driving outcomes collaboratively
o Behavior traits: Eye for detail, Outcome oriented,
