Description

• Walk each office floor at the beginning and end of the day to ensure general office space, breakrooms and conference rooms are clean and adequately supplied; make check-up rounds throughout the day
• Provide front desk coverage during Receptionist lunch breaks, PTO, etc.
• Pick-up and distribute UPS parcels and mail
• Fulfill employee requests pertaining to facilities through ticketing system
• Clean up/organize meeting rooms and provide beverages, etc. for scheduled meetings
• Maintain all office signage/posters including nameplates
• Order and maintain office and break room supplies
• Maintain supplies and schedule servicing of all copy machines and printers
• Set up and clean up for monthly breakfasts, lunches, birthday events, team meal requests, and other special events
• Monthly fridge and microwave clean-out
• Participate in the Culture Club planning internal special events for the office
• Decorate the office for holidays and events throughout the year
• Work with Tenant Services/Maintenance as needed
• Assist other administrative team members with tasks as needed
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented
• Team player
• Highly organized
• Proactive; able to identify and address needs without direction
• Able to lift items over 20 lbs.
• Very responsible and self-motivated; able to accomplish routine operational tasks on a daily basis with little to no supervision
• People focused, conscientious, and concerned for others’ well-being
• Comfortable with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook needed for email communications and meeting/event planning)
• Experience working in an office environment highly preferred
(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
