This position reports to the Director of Services Technology and will play a critical role in evaluating and defining the requirements and administration for an enterprise-wide Resource and Project Management platform. This is a remote based / virtual position.

• Work with a large number of business stakeholders across multiple departments to identify and prioritize requirements for Professional Services Automation (PSA)
• Collaborate and co-ordinate with team members developing PSA requirements in other workstreams
• Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components
• Manage multiple iterations of requirements, keep track of the rationale for changes and ensure stakeholder approval
• Engage independently and as part of a team with stakeholders to define and describe product requirement.
• Perform business process modelling, User experience modeling, functional reviews and acceptance testing
• Comfortable building and demonstrating prototypes to executive audiences as well as technical teams
• Communicate clearly, consistently and continuously with the supported business unit

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 2 years of Salesforce platform products experience
• Demonstrated experience collecting, documenting and progressively elaborating user requirements in the form of user stories, detailed functional requirements and system specifications
• Experience developing requirements for processes such as Revenue Recognition, Billing and Invoicing, Project Management and Resource Planning
• Experience with Project Management tool required
• Experience working with modern Business Intelligence platforms a plus
• Ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize
• BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Certifications in SalesForce or Project Management desirable
