The IT organization is looking for an IT Business Analyst to be part of a global team focused on supporting our Professional Services footprint and implementing medium to large sized system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting a global ERP system in organizations of medium to large software companies. The IT Business Analyst must have strong written and verbal communication skills, a foundational understanding of core financials, and project management software, and an aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.

The IT Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
• Analyzes complex business problems and provides expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that are cost effective, meet user requirements, complement business processes and consider data quality requirements
• Collaborates with project team members when executing large cross-functional projects
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders, understanding their challenges and associated IT solutions and requirements.
• Work together with Technical staff to develop custom extensions to seeded business applications when needed
• Works closely with QA analysts and may perform regression testing related to Patches and Upgrades
• Plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing when needed.
• Responsible for the overall ownership and management of individual service requests
• Manages Requests for Change adhering to Kronos’ best practices Change Management Process


• 7-10 years of experience in a global ERP system, preferably Oracle EBS 11i or R12
• Proficient in at least two of the following ERP areas:
o Human Resource
o Procurement
o Open Air
o Project management software knowledge
o Kronos application knowledge (not required but helpful)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in working on a global team
• Demonstrated success supporting a global user base
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of SQL and query tools such as TOAD
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing principles
• Experience with system and system Interfaces.
