Business Systems Analyst will be a part of the Integration Delivery team for Workforce Ready (WFR).

•Work with Implementation Consultants and Managers to define requirements for Integration needs
•Create and maintain reports for the integration requirements
•Analyze business reporting /metric trends and provide guidance on improvements in process and systems
•Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
•Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
•Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
•Designs details of automated systems
•Provide reporting and analysis of business systems as it relates to business practices
•May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
•May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues

Qualifications

•2 plus years experience with business systems analysis and general HCM domain experience
•Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
•Must have understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse models
•Must have experience in report writing on platforms such as Cognos or equivalent
• Experience using/ understanding of iPASS platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft are a plus
