Description

The Kronos IT organization is seeking to add a Sr. System Administrator to support Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Communities. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. This individual must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.
• Manage the Salesforce.com CRM application including ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues
• Hands on configuration of Salesforce Platform including users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, etc.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects
• Responsible for all salesforce deployments, code coverage, and resolving any issues with deployments
• Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
• Responsible for reviewing, configuring and testing the impact of salesforce releases (Summer, Winter, & Fall) and the new functionalities that may benefit the organization
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
• Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
• Manage Requests for Change adhering to Kronos’ change control process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities
• 2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com for 500+ users
• Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator (ADM 301)
• 2+ years development experience with Salesforce.com (Certified Salesforce.com Developer)
• Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Demand Tools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
• Experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle EBS is a plus
• Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
