We are looking for a seasoned people manager with experience with IT Integrations Management, PPM solutions, and HR Technology to manage and build out a NEW Service team. This manager will motivate team members while building a collaborative environment that enables peak performance from team members. Focus on guiding the team through their responsibilities for ensuring customer service excellence in the technical support, implementation, and operational maintenance of new and existing releases and enhancements of the applications in your portfolio. Working in conjunction with other IT Service Teams you will be accountable for the delivery of quality end-to-end solutions that support the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor and develop a team of 4 business analysts skills in eliciting and documenting quality business requirements
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of solutions in the HR space and employee productivity tools portfolio to understand both upstream and downstream integration points
• Provide guidance on solution designs and act as an escalation point for solution design decisions, collaborating with the Application Solution Consultant and Technical Lead
• Establish and enforce end to end solution and documentation standards along with solution integrity through process and system integration with other teams, systems, solutions and process areas.
• Ensure that solutions support long-term Corporate goals while delivering maximum incremental short-term benefits
• Manage stakeholder relationships; understand business priorities and strategic initiatives
• Proactively recommend improvements for internal IT processes while aligning the team’s work to business priorities and ensure IT resources and capacity to satisfy demand
• Provide input to the IT portfolio and systems integration roadmap and ensure all IT process standards are followed
• Support Project Managers in planning, execution and management of project deliverables and risks
• Provide effective incident management and coordinate vendor escalations as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of Business Analysts (2+ members)
• 6+ years of experience in an IT application development, administration or configuration role related to enterprise business technology systems
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
• Proficiency in understanding business problems and opportunities, collaborating on requirements, and translating requirements to technical specifications
• Knowledge of and experience working with finance and accounting processes
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and to work effectively with cross functional groups to craft solutions.
• High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively with executive-level management
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, facilitation and relationship building skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
