The Business Intelligence DW Analyst will act as the IT lead for all reporting associated with Recurring Revenue and will be a dedicated resource for the maintenance and subscription Contracts and Renewals organization. This person will act as a liaison between Kronos’s business divisions, functional IT teams and the Business Intelligence team.
• Become an expert in business processes and the applications used by the business to drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Understand P&L mechanics and support performance reporting that helps inform variances to the revenue budget across the maintenance and subscription businesses
• Drive the design, configuration, and build of a comprehensive, accurate, and accessible Corporate Retention Report that allows for business analysis of customer retention by revenue type, vertical, and contract value changes both positive and negative – this includes partnering with the business to drive change in the way contracts and transactions are executed in source systems such as Oracle to support strategic reporting requirements
• Lead the Contracts and Renewals function in the evaluation of data visualization and other reporting tools to support their reporting needs including driving strategy in how to best leverage renewal data in Salesforce CPQ
• Collaborate with Finance, Configure Price Quote, Sales/Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support and IT service teams in the requirements, design, testing and deployment of the organization's data warehousing and reporting solutions as those inputs pertain to recurring revenue reporting
• Develop well-organized, insightful data points, reports, dashboards, and other forms of data visualizations to support strategic business decisions


• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or another related major field of study
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience with leading Business Intelligence tools such as IBM Cognos, Microsoft PowerBI, Qlik and Tableau
• Experience with creating reports, dashboards, and/or summarizing large amounts of data into actionable intelligence to drive business decisions
