Project Manager responsible for infrastructure change requests supporting live customers. The PM will coordinate server builds, application configuration and coordinate servers into live customer environments. Partner with the Support teams to standardize and streamline processing of requests for server changes. Work through Support and Infrastructure teams to build processes on additional support related changes such as new VPNs for existing customers, new features requests such as ODBC which require connectivity changes to live customers. ᅠ
• Manage server build requests for new support requests.
• Ensure proper connectivity into current environment, VPN/circuit as applicable for customers
• Coordinate with Resource Deployment on required resources for application installation and configuration
• Coordinate with CCM on customer approval to facilitate CR requests
• Coordinate CR change request with ITSM teamᅠ
• Candidates may access ePHI as part of their job


•Understanding of Cloud technology
•Ability to communicate Cloud offerings to a variety of customer resources
•Creative, energetic, can do attitude with ability to change directions
•Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
•Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with a variety of personalities and complex situations
•Demonstrates strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and the ability to create spreadsheets, presentations, letters and memos
•Strong analytical abilities to process information and problem resolution
•Ability to prioritize workload and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
