Core Responsibilities include:
• Provide continuous support to the Sr. Director, Global Real Estate & Corporate Services and the Real Estate Manager functions
• Manage the real estate database, keeping data current for accurate forecasting
• Maintain monthly budget tracking for all Facilities cost centers (Cross Point, Chelmsford, CWF, Indianapolis, Irvine, Tigard, Field and others as required)
• Create RFPs and negotiate the same for various services and contracts in support of the operation of the portfolio
• Ongoing support of Iprocurement Oracle requisition creation and purchase order issuance
• Daily processing of Corporate Services, Real Estate and Strategic Sourcing invoices
• Daily p-card account/cost center allocation and receipt verification for all Corporate Services p-cards
• Process monthly rent payments and account reconciliation
• Manage, organize and negotiate Kronos’ food services operation to include Fooda, Sebasteins and other services as required and provide quarterly business updates to senior management
• Assist Facilities Operations and Project Management teams with ad-hoc projects as it relates to Real Estate to include creating scopes of work, managing bid process and awarding projects
• Plan and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
• Provide and coordinate Certificates of Insurances for properties, contractors and partners as needed
• Manage parking garage and 2nd shift employee parking tracking and reconciliation
• Planet Kronos Corporate Services and Real Estate web page updates as required
• Contributes to process or workflow improvements
• Prepare monthly statistics and data sheets as requested


Qualifications / Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively and enthusiastically with other employees and departments
• Can-do attitude
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or PowerPoint preferred
• Good presentation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with strict adherence to deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure or time constraints
• Accuracy and Attention to detail
