The Program Manager will be an integral part of a dynamic team tasked with leading and managing the acceleration of the Workforce Ready business at Kronos. The selected individual must have exceptional organizational and project tracking skills.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Operations, the Program Manager will:
•Work with cross-functional leaders to create detailed project plans on the company’s most critical growth initiatives
•Design cadence and process for broadly communicating team performance relative to goals
•Ensure all milestones and tasks associated with multiple related work streams are tracked and reported centrally
•Develop tracking and metric reports with input from work streams
•Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive adoption of growth programs, including providing operational support as new programs get established
•Support the purchasing and budget management process (open POs, track vendor agreements, process invoices, report on budget status).
•Attend various project meetings – supporting as a coordinator or scribe and providing updates/notes back to key stakeholders.
•Support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process


•3-5+ years of experience in a complex global program management, project management or similar role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
•Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization
•Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and prioritization skills; ability to juggle multiple related projects
•Experience with process improvement or change management projects preferred
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•Exceptional attention to detail
