Description

The Business Development Services Consultant consistently leads complex opportunities, programs or projects by developing viable service strategies and approaches. The individual consistently demonstrates customer value through engagement at customer executive level. The Business Development Manager will demonstrate a solid understanding of key day-to-day business issues customers are facing, and how Kronos recommends solving those issues via our solution set.

• Works closely and proactively with sales executives, sales managers, presales, and services (delivery) leadership teams
• Positions Professional Services in the sales cycle early to provide maximum value
• Assess client’s business challenges and current business environments and translate them into Kronos’ solutions and how Kronos’ Services will provide value quickly and effectively.
• Demonstrates functional understanding of the full suite of products and services, including software, hardware, Cloud, SaaS, software implementation, and education
• Articulates the value of all service offerings by mapping business and functional customer business needs to Kronos solution(s)
• Understands Kronos implementation methodology and process to mitigate risk associated with project delivery
• Takes direct responsibility for delivering top level Customer Service (CSAT) by clearly articulating Kronos’ product and services value proposition
• Develop ‘micro’ Vertical expertise to support multiple opportunity types (gaming, hospitality)
• Recognizes gaps in industry expertise and adheres to development path in order to be a trusted advisor in their respective vertical
• Understands key elements of the Kronos business model and impacts on revenue stream, including revenue recognition and cash flow
• Understands the partner strategy and landscape to support Business decisions and Partner engagement
• Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in workforce management, human capital management, human resources, labor management or payroll experience preferred
• Presales/solution consulting experience preferred
• Experience in developing multi-national customer pursuit and deployment strategies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to tailor communication style to different levels within an organization including C-level
• Up to 50% travel
