This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment on a high-performance team. The BDR is focused on creating business relationships in accounts in an assigned geographical area. This position will require you to call on and email Targeted Accounts to uncover sales Meetings & Opportunities for potential Human Capital Management (HCM) vendor changes. Work in conjunction with all your assigned outside sales partners to solicit leads within their Target Accounts to build a pipeline of qualified prospects. Your goal is to identify high potential prospects and ensure they are well qualified leads, meeting key guidelines for a quality lead. You must achieve annual assigned individual and team goals and support your outside sales team's productivity and performance, ensuring they achieve their assigned sales quota.


● Uncover prospect needs and challenges to maximize their business results

● Use product & technology knowledge to ensure you can conduct credible conversations about Ultimate

● Comfortable having conversations with Mid Market and Strategic prospects

● Gain access to key stakeholders including key decision makers

● Support Outside Sales to uncover new Sales Opportunities

● Marketing Campaign Support

● Inbound & Outbound Lead Qualification

Qualifications

● Strategically research accounts to maximize prospecting effectiveness

● Gain an understanding of our “Ideal Customer Profile”

● Highly organized and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks

● Understanding of Basic Business Principles especially, Company Organizational Structures, Public &

● Private Sectors and Non-for-Profits

● Understand how to conduct Company & Organizational research to enable you to take a customized approach when calling into and sending email correspondence to accounts

● Proficient in the use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Google G Suite and MicroSoft Office

● Understanding of Basic Business Principles especially, Company Organizational Structures, Public Private Sectors and Non-for-Profits

● Understand how to conduct Company and Organizational research to enable you to take a customized approach when calling into and sending email correspondence to accounts
