Description

The Kronos Business Development Manager is responsible for selling the company's products or services directly to customers. You will develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory for our Healthcare vertical.

You will be responsible for:

• Strategic account management of existing business
• Cold calling to new accounts and presenting to key decision makers (marketing, media, technology and finance procurement)
• Scheduling sales meetings, presenting solutions
• Review, negotiate, and close contracts and opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and agreed KPI's
• Identify and share knowledge of industry trends, key influencers, consumer behaviour trends and key business issues relevant to the digital sales and marketing industry
• Provide a strategic level of business development expertise relating to the sale of SaaS HRM solutions.
• Drive the development of innovative and competitive bids
• Identify and develop the unique selling propositions and differentiators

Your experience

• Previous experience in software solution sales
• The hunger and desire to succeed and beat sales revenue targets
• Proven capability in handling a consultative sales discussion with prospects and closing deals
• Proven capability in generating new business opportunities, including own prospect identification and cold prospecting
• Extensive experience selling within the Healthcare vertical
• Ability to quickly build rapport with clients of all levels, clear and articulate communication and written skills
• Experience using a CRM
• Having previously sold workforce management or human capital management solutions is ideal, but not necessary.
