Management of an assigned territory in the retail vertical covering the NSW and SA states, selling to both both Workforce Management and HRM needs. Development of a mix of both existing named enterprise accounts in and new named, enterprise accounts to generate substantial new opportunities for UKG and the client. Nuture those opportunities from creation to close whilst creating enough pipeline to exceed an annual revenue goal. Leverage the wider UKG team in the achievement of these goals.


Generation of circa $2m AUD per annum from both existing and new customers. Deliver on annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets. Focus on migration of existing accounts and on the acquisition of new accounts in equal measure.


Be responsible for the generation of sufficient pipeline to achieve revenue goals. Progression of those opportunities to closure. Accurate forecasting in the CRM tool to ensure a predictable contribution to the UKG business


Document the knowledge, skills and commitments that enable successful performance in the position and drive achievement of results.

The successful candidate will be a driven self-starter with a clear will to win. First and foremost, possessing great sales skills and the ability to question and understand a client and position how UKG can uniquely bring value. The candidate will be comfortable talking to the entire ecosystem up to the board level. They will know how to build and lead an internal team to get the best outcome for their client. Able to simplify complexity and be a genuine trusted adviser.


• Degree Preferred but not essential. At least 3 years in a senior business/development sales role

• Proven sales skills and rack record in leading complex sales
• Self driven and highly motivated
• Able to communicate at a number of different levels up to board level.
