Responsible for selling the company's products or services directly to end-users. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry or product segment. Advanced Level: Advanced level sales account managers are distinguished by additional specialized knowledge, have a record of success in sales, and are viewed as expert by the company and in the field. Typically handles more critical accounts or larger territories and may have a leadership role. No more than 15-20% of a company's individual contributor sales population should be matched to this level. Incumbents typically have 8 - 12+ years of direct work experience.

Role expectations

In this highly regarded role, your primary responsibility will be to approach and work with executive decision makers in order to close new business opportunities and deliver results.

You will be consultative and innovative, co-working with clients and stakeholders to assist them to embrace Cloud workforce management solutions across their organisation.

Your experience

To be successful in this position, we are looking for talented sale leaders with a background in software and proven experience in B2B direct sales.

Expertise in software selling is expected and experience in Cloud, SaaS is preferred. An aptitude in selling through to C-level decision makers is also a key requirement for this role.

Having previously sold workforce or human capital management solutions is ideal, but not necessary.
