Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) consistently leads complex opportunities, programs or projects by developing viable service strategies and approaches. The BDM participates in all aspects of customer on-boarding design. Familiar with entire Kronos suite as applicable to multiple industries. Articulates trends and attributes of the SaaS market, particularly in relation to customer value and loyalty. Broad skill set allows the individual to support cross vertical/functional opportunities including multi-national deployments and international local deployments. Understanding of the business and economics of SaaS solutions allow the individual to effectively embrace and mitigate risk by understanding the value of the opportunity to the business. Consistently influences pursuit strategy and positive business outcomes. Individual is able to develop a network with stakeholders that support, deliver and sell to the most strategic opportunities or accounts in the Kronos portfolio.

Qualifications

The Service Architect/ Business Development Manager must demonstrate an ability to exercise independent judgment, make critical business decisions, and be able to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
• 10 plus years of experience in a consultative and/or pre-sales role
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
• WFM/HCM domain experience a plus
• Strong customer-facing skills, including C-Level presentation abilities
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Demonstrates ability to manage several opportunities concurrently
• Ability to travel 25%
