Objectives of Role

An opportunity to become a vital part of our sales and marketing strategy from the very beginning of our customer’s journey. You’ll develop and generate leads, as well as build relationships with prospects in the form of incoming calls; emails; and web enquiries.

Your success in this role will depend upon your strong communication skills, and understanding of the businesses we sell into. Your results driven attitude will ensure recognition within our business and could develop into a defined career in our sales teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Generating incremental revenue opportunities through outbound calling into target accounts and through inbound sales inquiry calls
• Working closely with marketing to increase number of qualified leads produced. Providing marketing with prospect and/or customer feedback that could assist in future program/campaign creation to generate best results
• Working with the field sales team to promote business initiatives and enhance the customer or prospects knowledge of Kronos’ products, programs, and services
• Maintaining a high number of outbound calls to increase number of live conversations per day calling into prospects
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimise revenue.

Qualifications

Ideally you’ll have:
• Experience in business development, prospecting and cold calling, and/or sales experience in a high technology environment
• Strong business development, prospecting, sales and/or marketing background
• Familiarity with competitive products, solutions and technologies
• Strong understanding of sales automation tools (Salesforce) as well as Microsoft tools suite
• Strong phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both external and internal customers or stakeholders
