The Business Analyst role will support our Inside Sales (ISR) team. The person in this role will perform moderately complex analyses of business goals, financial data, objectives, and needs of the general business environment. The person in this role will utilize advanced systems skills, understanding of sales tools, and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of sales data in order to increase Inside Sales effectiveness.


Responsibilities:
• Define and measure Inside Sales business performance through Salesforce
reporting and analysis, such as ISR Pipeline variance, ISR activity, pipeline
progression, pipeline growth, close/win rates, close/lost details
• Reporting and processing of ISR Returns, RMA’s, and clawback’s
• Manage territories through conducting territory research, defining territories
based on ‘go to market’ definitions, pro-actively review and work with Sales
Effectiveness to ensure equitable territories, and review LDR Activity vs.
Territory analysis
• Partner with Director/Sales Managers on forecasts and manage changes as
needed in Salesforce
• Manage financials to include tracking revenue, create dashboard and advice
management on monthly goals, partner with Finance for reporting
• Submit and manage budgets by researching variances and create reporting to
provide insights to management to support achieving the budget
• Prepare Quarterly Review Ops package; including significant wins/losses,
competitive info, closed/won revenue, Y/Y, Q/Q analysis
• Maintains Sales Rep Territories in Sales Force
• Researches accounts to keep account assignment up to date

Qualifications

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, or similar role
• Bachelors degree in business administration, sales and/or marketing, or
equivalent experience Experience working with Sales Force preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with active listening and
summarization skills
• Ability to proactively influence, advise, and collaborate with the sales teams
• Excellent judgmental, interpersonal, communication skills and follow-through,
Ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
