** Applicants must be located in the greater Montreal region. Possibility of telecommuting but it will be important to come to the office 2 days a week including Monday. Next April / May, KRONOS office in Montreal will move to 555 Chabanel Ouest, near Marché Central. **

The bilingual Technical Support Advisor provides high-quality comprehensive telephone support for Saas / Google Cloud software products within the Workforce Dimensions suite. The incumbent is expected to provide excellent support to small, medium and large businesses through exceptional customer service skills and techniques that encourage customer satisfaction and retention.

This position consists of providing support to users (managers, employees, HR and payroll ...)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the help desk for incoming calls, emails and incidents
• Use knowledge and experience to solve difficult problems submitted by end users, while using debugging skills and problem solving skills
• Possess the ability to study problems independently and find the root cause through skills and analyze problems
• Respond to requests on time accurately and completely
• Provide telephone support during shifts regularly scheduled for this purpose
• Communicate continuously and effectively with the Support or Engineering department to ensure that problems are transmitted to the upper echelons and resolved
• Possess the skills to work in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with time and attendance software applications, payroll or human resources
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Strong troubleshooting skills in graphical interfaces
• Excellent spoken and written communication, listening and telephone service skills
• Bilingual English-French
