Description

Provide excellent support to our customers for their tickets and production monitoring
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and our internal processes
Direct contact with our customers and close collaboration with our Customer Success and Product Development teams
You report directly to the Director Customer Service DACH and dotted-line to the central Customer Care organization in Paris

Qualifications

You are a solution-oriented person and working independently
You have technical skills, proven customer service orientation and proactivity, preferably in dealing with SaaS products
Your strong communication skills in German and English as well as your good technical expertise allow you to analyze and solve problems
You are familiar with ticket systems and are able to multi-task
You have excellent written and oral German and English skills
