The Kronos Payroll Services (KPS) Client Onboarding Manager position will be part of the KPS Organization managing the KPS Client Onboarding Team. This Team partners with the Professional Services Teams and Partners who are implementing the WFR or Dimensions payroll product to ensure KPS functionality is accurately configured to enable the delivery of services. In this role the KPS Client Onboarding Manager will oversee all tasks and responsibilities handled by the KPS Client Onboarding Team. This role will bring strong leadership and team building skills. The KPS Onboarding processes are critical to the success of the customer and to the business. It is imperative that the tasks and processes are completed timely and accurately to ensure that Kronos SaaShr, Inc. can deliver the elected services to the client with the highest level of quality.

This person may sit remotely in a home office or in a local office.

Responsibilities include:
• Management of a team responsible for completing the following tasks
•Collection of information from client such as KPS Discovery Documents, Tax Packages and forms
• Consulting with Payroll AC on the configuration of Tax Codes and other KPS Configuration Items
• Coordinate with KPS teams to ensure Client Credentialing (KYC) is completed and ACH Credit Limits are established prior to first payroll
• Work directly with client on; funding set-up and testing, KPS Community Registration, establishing contacts for Payroll Notifications, tax configuration questions such as “Applied for” Account status and SUTA / FUTA exemptions
• General training of client on KPS processes and resources available
• Final review of configuration and history balancing worksheets for all KPS customers.
• Import of configuration from Kronos to MasterTax and resolution of exceptions
• Collection of required federal and state registrations and Power of Attorney forms
• Maintaining related fields in Kronos System – Payroll Services start widget
• Use of system reporting & tools to manage the status of clients implementing KPS Offering.
• Work cross functionally with Kronos Professional Services Implementation Leadership to align teams, solidify processes & provide a unified high-quality customer experience
• Utilize project management toolset to ensure milestone dates are met in order to support successful KPS client go lives.
• Manage internal and client escalations to resolution
• Develop and track metrics to identify trends and areas of opportunity in the KPS implementation process.
• Participate as a member of the Quarter-end and Year-end committee
• Collaborate across teams to continually enhance the new client onboarding process


Education, Skills & Experience:
• College degree preferred
• Management/Leadership experience in a similar role
• Ability to effectively work collaboratively
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Excellent organization skills while managing to critical deadlines
• Experience w/process improvement & change management
• Experience w/forecasting & metric reporting
• Prior experience with Workforce Ready Payroll Module configuration and payroll processing and/or MasterTax preferred
• Fundamentals of Payroll Processing (FPP) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Preferred
