- Process end to end US payroll processes on a biweekly basis including time-transfers, batch verifications, gross-to-net checks, check printing, bank interfaces and benefit WIMs/Integrations
- Ensure that external and internal systems and processes correctly compute and record time, earnings, employee benefits, special deductions, mandated benefits, taxes, garnishments and other items that affect net pay and/or company liability
- Support the US payroll team in administering all US federal, state and local payroll tax returns
- Assist in the semi-monthly payroll process of Mexico using ADP Streamline
- Assist with various audit compliance reporting and testing
- Full system testing for version upgrades and legislative updates
- Assist with acquisitions by working with Human Resources to facilitate change/integration
- Partner with the Global HR Operations teams & other internal customers to ensure effective processes and issue resolution
- Work with IT and HR to implement more efficient and automated solutions to improve the accuracy and audit trail for all payroll transactions globally
- Assist in an initiative to migrate to new Timekeeping Solutons
- Assist in an initiative to consolidate payroll vendors for our international subsidiaries.
- Reconcile all US payroll tax payments with the bank to ensure appropriate payment
- Ensure that data is collected and transmitted from HR and local management to the Global Payroll Shared Services Team


- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business plus 6-8 years of payroll experience
- International payroll processing experience (preferably Mexico)
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Central a plus
- Experience with ADP Streamline a plus
- Working knowledge of ADP tax systems preferred
- Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to embrace technology and change
- Well-organized, extreme attention to detail and a self-directed individual
