This position will support the Order Review/Management Team in the Finance Global Shared Services organization. The responsibilities will focus on booking of orders in compliance with the corporate policies and revenue recognition rules; Issuing licenses to the customer based on the sales orders processed by Order Management team; Setting up customer / Supplier master records. It will have frequent and regular interaction with counterparts globally within and outside of finance.

Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST through 8:30PM IST and will require the flexibility to adjust shift timings during month/quarter ends to meet the needs of the business.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead Global Order management team & Business ops team of 10 headcounts. Working on mentoring and grooming the team, developing their skillsets and building career path for the deserving team members
• Assist in managing shared services order management process (RMA, Credit rebills, Order Reviews etc) and addresses order processing issues of a technical or revenue recognition nature as well as operational issues
• Ensure all (key performance indicators) KPIs and SLA (service level agreements) requirements have been met by the team on consistent basis
• Work closely with onshore stakeholders to deliver as per defined delivery standards. Work in collaboration with onshore team to improve and streamline the process
• Assist in preparing dashboard of the process & in both International and US audit
• Focus on improving the CSAT score from customer satisfaction survey
• Ensure holds are removed and orders are processed in a timely manner according to established SLA’s
• Regular check on the work which comes on daily basis and ensure all possible requests are closed as soon as possible
• Understand and assist with SOX compliance, legal guidelines, licensing issues, shipping issues, contract questions and questions from Sales Operations
• Partner with international Sales Operations to improve accuracy of orders being entered
• Acts as a true team player to assist others to ensure communicated timelines are met and to work collaboratively with other local, International and US finance team members as well as certain sales, sales operations and legal team members.
• Position is highly focused on ensuring the quality of submitted orders to ensure appropriate recognition of revenue under US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Finance O2C domain, 6 to 8 years of Sales Order Review Management experience for a Technology/Product company
• Experience in Handling Process improvement / transformation projects & lean / Six sigma projects would be preferred
• Experience in Oracle is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with analytical skills
• Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated individual with extreme attention to detail
• Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
